Voila, healthy chicken soup!
Rahasia masak sup yg segar, light, bening, gurih dan sehat itu terletak di saat membuat kaldu ayamnya. Saat ayam direbus, pastikan buih yg muncul d permukaan kaldu dibuang! Jgn sampe sedikitpun msh ada d kaldunya, krn buih akan membuat keruh kaldu, aroma kurang sedap & mudah basi. Selebihnya berikan irisan kecil bawang putih yg banyak, untuk rasa lbh nikmat tumis bawang putih dlm api panas & tambahkan irisan hati ayam. Terakhir saat sup sudah jadi, taburkan irisan tipis daun bawang & seledri. Selamat mencoba!
Isi sup:
- sosis sapi (iris tipis)
- jamur
- bakso
- buncis / wortel
- makaroni (jika suka)
